Strontrace and Beurtveer


Strontrace Traditional Dutch apartment-bottomed boats set sail from Workum for a challenging voyage powered entirely by wind and human effort. Participants in the Strontrace sail to Warmond and back, without using an engine, tacking and gybing as necessary.

Beurtveer
The Beurtveer boats sail to Amsterdam and return to Workum via various former Zuiderzee ports.
