Unesco World Heritage Wadden Sea exists 17 years and this celebrated during the Day of the Wadden.
Visit Wadden and the Wadden Association, together with local entrepreneurs, will organise a breakfast on the dike at various locations in the Wadden area. During the breakfast, a Wadden guide will take you through a story about Wadden Sea World Heritage. What makes the Wadden Sea so special that it has Unesco status? What does it mean? And what is the importance of the Wadden Sea on a global scale?
Will you join us in celebrating Wadden Day? You can have breakfast on the dike along the Wadden coast from Den Helder to Termunterzijl, but of course also on the Wadden Islands. See the website for locations.
